We aim to have all deliveries despatched the same day. Our delivery services are provided by An Post and our rates are as follows:
- Shipping within Ireland is €10 and takes an estimated one to five working days after your order has been accepted.
- Shipping to the UK & Northern Ireland costs €15 and takes an estimated three to 10 working days after your order has been accepted.
- Shipping to the rest of Europe costs €20 and takes three to 12 working days after your order has been accepted.
- Shipping to the rest of world costs €25 and takes five to 15 working days after your order has been accepted.

Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. We are not responsible for any custom fees or duty charged on International shipments.
Due to postal restrictions, we are unable to ship liquids outside of Ireland. If accidentally you buy a liquid and want to ship it outside of Ireland, we will refund your order immediately..
Returns & exchanges

If, for some reason, you need to return your item(s), please note:
In compliance with the European Union’s Distance Selling Directive, we will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with all labels still attached, to the following address:

Once we have received the item(s), a refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding shipping costs, and processed within five to 10 days on receipt of returned item(s).
Please take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. We recommend sending your return via tracked post and retaining your tracking number for reference. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply. Please send all items you wish to return through registered postage or courier service and retain proof of postage and tracking, as the goods remain your responsibility until received by Samui. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, you are liable for the costs incurred for return postage.
You can also return products to the Samui shop. Please ensure that you bring the original confirmation email and dispatch invoice with you as proof of purchase.
You must also ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item( s) you are unhappy with. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before deciding whether to make a refund.
Returning sale items
You can return an item bought in sale within seven days of purchase. The item needs to have all original tag and stickers still on the garment.
